Your experience is subject to your own personal interpretation. The information above does not constitute medical, psychological, business, or financial advice. The customer is responsible for his or her own decisions.
Each item is unique and due to the nature of crystals they can appear slightly different in color and shape.

Customer Satisfaction

The customer is top priority at Bauxpeep Boutique. I take great care in making, packaging and shipping my items. If after receiving an item you are not 100% satisfied you are welcome to contact me by email (bauxpeepboutique@gmail.com) and I will do my best to help you. 

Damaged Items


If an item is damaged in shipping and you did not purchase priority shipping or insurance please contact me via Etsy or at bauxpeepboutique [!at] gmail.com with your order number. I will do my best to help you, but if your order is one of a kind, custom, out of stock, or the damage is due to shipment I cannot offer a replacement. Please understand if you decline to add priority or insurance to your package and it is lost, stolen or damaged due to USPS or other factors out of my control, please know I am not responsible. 

Fragile items and all crystals ship USPS Priority. They are wrapped securely in bubble wrap and/or Styrofoam shipping wrap. If your item is broken in shipment please contact me immediately so I can file a claim with USPS your package is insured. Please include pictures of the box and the item. A claim will filed with USPS and if possible a replacement will be shipped to you or your order will be refunded.

Please read all policies before placing your order. They are there to protect you and insure customer satisfaction.

Returns and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Refunds and Returns

Refunds are available ONLY after item return. Please email Bauxpeepboutique@gmail.com to arrange for a return and refund. 

Exchanges

One of a kind items, items on sale, and custom items cannot be exchanged. If you are unhappy with your item and prefer an exchange and it does not fall into the above categories please contact me to make arrangements.

Shipping

I ship 1-3 days after you order via USPS First Class or USPS Flat Rate Priority for crystals, fragile, and larger orders and items. 
You will be notified of shipping via email with Shipping confirmation and tracking number.

US Shipping 

I ship all of my work securely via USPS first class or priority mail services. If you would like to purchase insurance, please email at bauxpeepboutique@gmail.com with any shipping questions

International Shipping

I offer international shipping. Please select your shipping preference at checkout. Please note international first class shipping is without insurance and tracking. I cannot guarantee you will receive your order using the free shipping option. Please consider priority when shipping internationally.
