It's been over 24 hrs. Can I cancel my order?

If the package has not shipped you may still cancel your order. Please read shop policies before ordering.

My item was damaged in the mail what do I do?

If an item is damaged in shipping and you did not purchase priority shipping or insurance please contact me via Etsy or at bauxpeepboutique [!at] gmail.com with your order number. I will do my best to help you, but if your order is one of a kind, custom, out of stock, I cannot offer a replacement. 

If your items were shipped USPS Priority they are insured. They are wrapped securely in bubble wrap and/or Styrofoam shipping wrap. If your item is broken in shipment please contact me immediately so I can file a claim with USPS and set up an exchange or refund.
